Tuesday September 29th and October 14th
We will be presenting at the Boys and Girls Club in Cedar Lake, IN. We will show the youngsters some anti-bully techniques and teach them about awareness and self protection. Reach our to the Boys and Girls Club for more info!
Our regular classes meet at Pilates Center of NWI, at 7:45pm on Monday and Wednesday nights. Classes are ongoing, so you can come in any time and try one out. You do not need to wait to join until a 'session' starts. You are always welcome!
Note that in the wintertime, we will not have classes when Crown Point Schools are closed due to weather conditions. We know you love to train, and we love to teach, but we shouldn't risk injury just to get to class.
